Data Export

Full Account Export: Request a complete export of your account data anytime under Settings › Export my data (allowed once every 24 hours).

Attachment Download: The export generates a downloadable JSON archive (fiverowbox-export-YYYY-MM-DD.json) containing your cards, lots, history, orders, and settings.

24-Hour Link: Generated download links remain valid and securely signed for 24 hours.

Card History and Rollback

Audit Trail: Every edit to a card (price change, condition update, note edit, tag adjustment) is logged in that card's history.

Rollback: Made a mistake or disliked an AI revision? Open the card drawer's History tab and click "Revert…" on any prior snapshot to rollback the card to that exact earlier state immediately.

What is Logged and What is Not

Background work and logs: Imports, scans, pricing and eBay publishing show on Review while they run and for a while after they finish; each card's own activity is on the History tab of its drawer. Detailed system logs are kept for 30 days under Settings › Logs to assist with audits and debugging.

Buyer Privacy: eBay buyer personal data (names, delivery addresses, phone numbers) is retained only for 180 days to handle shipping disputes and chargebacks, after which identifying fields are automatically purged.

eBay Deletion Compliance: When an eBay buyer requests account closure, their information is immediately scrubbed across all cached order records in FiveRowBox.

Account Deletion

If you choose to close your account, all associated cards, images in cloud storage, API tokens, and credentials are permanently purged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
