Bundle slow-moving cards into eBay lots and auction lots

FiveRowBox helps you bundle slow-moving single cards into profitable fixed-price eBay lots and 7-day auction lots. Virtual lots run alongside member singles until sold, automatically ending remaining single listings when the lot sells. When publishing 7-day auction lots, member single listings are ended immediately before the auction goes live so cards cannot sell twice. Lot tools are included in the Pro Plan ("Coming Soon").

How it works

  1. Select slow-moving or low-value cards from your inventory or let the recommendation engine suggest cards to bundle.
  2. Create a fixed-price virtual lot or choose a 7-day eBay auction lot.
  3. FiveRowBox suggests a bundle price using AI or sum-based multiplier logic, and formats title and description automatically.
  4. Publish the lot to eBay: for auction lots, member single listings are ended before publishing; for virtual lots, singles run alongside the bundle until sold.
  5. When a lot sells, inventory statuses update automatically and sold member listings are retired.

What’s different

  • Turn slow-moving cards into high-intent lots and 7-day auction listings that move stale inventory.
  • Automatic listing management ends individual listings when an auction lot is published or when a fixed lot sells, preventing double sales.
  • AI-assisted and sum-based pricing calculates profitable bundle prices while respecting your price floors.

Questions

What plan is required for card lots?

Card lots and virtual lots are included in the Pro Plan ("Coming Soon"). During beta, core inventory tools remain free.

What is the difference between fixed-price lots and auction lots?

Fixed-price virtual lots let cards stay listed as singles while also available in a bundle. Auction lots are 7-day eBay auctions where single listings end before the auction starts.

Can a card in a lot sell twice?

No. For auction lots, FiveRowBox ends member single listings before the auction publishes. For fixed lots, auto-sync ends remaining listings the moment the lot sells.
