Keep eBay listings, orders, and quantities in sync automatically

FiveRowBox connects to your eBay account with OAuth and polls it every 5 minutes for new orders, order status changes, and listing updates. When a card sells as part of a bundled lot, its remaining individual eBay listing is ended automatically so the same card can't sell twice. There's nothing to click to keep eBay current — the sync chip in the page header shows when it last ran.

How it works

  1. Connect your eBay seller account under Settings › eBay account, authorizing FiveRowBox through eBay OAuth.
  2. Set your ship-from city, state, and ZIP so eBay can calculate shipping rates and handling estimates.
  3. Auto-sync polls eBay every 5 minutes for newly placed orders, order status changes, and active listing state changes.
  4. When a paid order fully covers a listing's quantity, the card flips to Sold locally and the eBay listing is marked Completed.
  5. If the card sold as part of a bundled lot, FiveRowBox ends its remaining individual eBay listing automatically so it can't also sell separately.
  6. Check the sync chip in the page header for status, or click it to run "Sync everything now".

What’s different

  • Auto-sync checks eBay every 5 minutes for orders and listing changes — no manual refresh.
  • A card sold as part of a lot has its other individual listing ended automatically, so it can't sell to two buyers.
  • The Orders page turns the same sync into a pick list grouped by your storage box and row, so packing follows the sync instead of a spreadsheet.

Questions

How often does FiveRowBox sync with eBay?

Every 5 minutes, automatically. The header's sync chip shows status, and you can also trigger "Sync everything now".

What happens to a listing when the card sells?

Auto-sync marks the card Sold and the listing Completed, and generates a pick list sorted by storage location.

Does this work with eBay Business Policies?

Yes. If your eBay account has Business Policies enabled, FiveRowBox fetches your fulfillment, payment, and return policies directly; otherwise it applies your default flat-rate shipping settings.
